One of the things I miss most about my childhood and adolescence was my weekly ballet class. I loved everything about it: the outfits, the shoes, the music and my adorable teacher. It was disheartening to have to give it up after my junior year of high school, and to this day, I still dream of the time when I can put those shoes on again. Unfortunately, I'm getting older, and ballet's a tough thing to jump back into. Luckily, I've found a way to practice in the safety of my own home, and burn calories while doing so.
